Items on the business session agenda are as follows: • Approval of Minutes for Business Session of May 2, 2024 • Auditor’s Fiscal Year 2024 Annual Report • KCFD Diversity and Inclusion Efforts • Discussion of Ordinances, Resolutions, and Communications listed on Council legislative docket or for Floor Introduction Closed Session may be held by teleconferencing. Pursuant to §610.021of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, there may be a closed session to discuss: • Legal matters, litigation or privileged communications with attorneys, pursuant to subsection (1); • Matters related to a contract being negotiated, pursuant to Sec. 610.021(12), RSMo; • Real estate matters, where public knowledge of the transaction may affect the legal consideration, pursuant to subsection (2); • Personnel matters, pursuant to subsections (3) and (13); • Employee labor negotiations, pursuant to subsection (9); • Specifications for competitive bidding, pursuant to subsection (11); • Sealed bids or proposals, pursuant to subsection (12); • Confidential or privileged communications with our auditor pursuant to subsection (17); and • Records pertaining to the operation of a computer, computer system, or computer network pursuant to subsection (21).
