$2,272,175.25 for the Rehabilitation of View High Drive from I-470

including twenty percent (20%) of the original contract price without further
Council approval.

Improvement District; establishing the Pioneer Plaza Community
Improvement District generally located along the southwest corner of E.
Bannister Road and Hillcrest Road in Kansas City, Jackson County,
Missouri; determining the District to be a blighted area; determining that
certain actions are reasonably anticipated to remediate blighting conditions
and will serve a public purpose; requiring the annual submission of certain
records; and directing the City Clerk to report the creation of the District to
the Missouri Department of Economic Development.

maximum expenditure of $452,301.83.
