exceed $79,000,000.00; approving and authorizing certain documents
and actions relating to the issuance of the Series 2023 Bonds; increasing
and appropriating revenue in the amount of $44,238,000.00 in Fund No.
3448, the Special Obligation Series 2023A City Projects Fund and in the
amount of $965,850.00 in Fund No. 3447, the Special Obligation Series
2023B Streetcar Project Fund; designating requisitioning authority;
