Applicants and citizens wishing to participate have the option of attending each meeting or they may do so through the videoconference platform ZOOM, using this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84530222968 220561 Authorizing the Director of Finance to accept the proposal of PNC Bank, National Association or an affiliate or other designee thereof for financing the acquisition of fire fleet vehicles and equipment under a lease-purchase agreement at an estimated cost of $9,120,000.00; authorizing the entering of lease-purchase agreements to refinance and extend the lease term of certain vehicles currently leased under an existing lease-purchase agreement in an estimated amount not to exceed $4,620,170.00; authorizing the execution of any and all documents and agreements necessary for the financing and refinancing; estimating and appropriating revenues in the amount of $13,740,170.00 in Fund No. 3230, the Equipment Lease Capital Acquisition Fund; designating requisitioning authority and authorizing the Director of Finance to close project accounts; declaring the intent of the City to reimburse itself from the lease purchase proceeds for certain expenditures; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date Attachments: Fact Sheet TMP 1990 Fiscal Note TMP 1990 Page 1 of 4 Finance, Governance and Agenda - Final July 13, 2022 Public Safety Committee 220569 Amending Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 220166, As Amended, by repealing Sections 1 and 2 and enacting new Sections 1 and 2 for the purposes of updating the salary structure adjustment for all non-exempt and exempt job classifications and pay ranges not covered by a bargaining unit, incorporating previously authorized adjustments to pay scales and job classifications in accordance with various collective bargaining agreements and other job classifications changes, authorizing AFSCME Local 500 pay scales to remove job classifications and to create job classifications in accordance with their Collective Bargaining Agreement, and modifying the relief to compression to allow for a one-time cash payment for those employees that are at or near the maximum of their pay grade for their years of service increase.
