Fund; establishing that the City’s Health Commission shall advise and make
recommendations to the Mayor and Council regarding the use of the Blueprint for
Violence Prevention Fund; and recognizing this ordinance as having an
accelerated effective date.

the funding plan to Council before or at the same time as the presentation of the
annual budget, if possible, but in no event any later than 24 hours prior to the first
