as of October 31, 2023, and the Second Quarter Budget Analysis in connection with
Ordinance No. 240093. The presentation provided an overview of the city's financial
performance, highlighting key trends, expenditures, and revenue for the second quarter . This
report aimed to ensure transparency and support informed decision-making regarding the
city's fiscal management.

Michael Shaw, Public Works Director, presented on the implementation of trash carts,
providing an overview of the program's objectives, progress, and next steps. The presentation
highlighted the rollout plan, expected benefits such as enhanced waste management
efficiency, and community engagement strategies to ensure a seamless transition. Key
challenges and proposed solutions were also discussed to promote transparency and public
understanding of the initiative.
