Doug Jones, City Auditor, presented the audit titled "Establish Goals and Develop Better Data to Improve Hiring Process Timeliness." The audit highlighted challenges in the City's hiring processes, emphasizing the need to set clear goals and improve data collection and analysis to enhance efficiency. Recommendations were provided to streamline hiring timelines and improve accountability, supporting more effective workforce management.
