Doug Jones, City Auditor, presented the audit titled "In-District PIAC Projects Took Longer Than Expected, Need Goals and Improved Reporting." The presentation detailed findings on delays in completing in-district Public Improvements Advisory Committee (PIAC) projects, emphasizing the need for clear project goals and enhanced reporting practices .
