Watkins Cultural Heritage Center & Museum Strategic Plan, including a funding plan. Sponsors: Robinson Councilmember Melissa Robinson, presented. This resolution directs the City Manager to collaborate with the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners and community stakeholders to implement the Bruce R. Watkins Cultural Heritage Center & State Museum Strategic Plan. The resolution calls for the development of a viable and sustainable funding plan for organizational growth and funding. Additionally, it directs an audit of the executive director position at the Bruce R. Watkins Cultural Heritage Center to ensure the role is placed in the appropriate job classification.
