Boulevard for ancillary services to assist unsheltered families and individuals;
using previously-appropriated HOME ARP funds in the amount of $7,137,610.00
under a Request for Proposals (RFP); reducing the Contingent Appropriation in the
General Fund by $500,000 and appropriating $500,000 from the Unappropriated
Fund Balance of the General Fund for the purpose of enhancing the area that is
within 1,000 feet of the low barrier facility; and directing the City Manager to
explore the possibility of using reprogrammed HUD dollars to enhance the projects
of this ordinance.
Authorizes City Manager to nego�ate contracts with Hope Faith-Homeless Assistance Campus for

other documents necessary to effectuate the transfer of the properties located at
533 Tracy, 1408 Independence Avenue, and 1200 Independence Avenue to the
State of Missouri for the sale and redevelopment of said properties as a new
Missouri State Behavioral Health Facility.
