Committee Reports: ● External Relations Committee ● Legislative Affairs Committee ● Finance Committee ○ Commission Retreat - Set date with Commissioners to meet for a longer virtual private session to outline our projects, outreach and intentions for the remainder of this fiscal year (through March 31, 2022). ○ Meet before October is out if possible to avoid the Holiday season? ○ Review long term goals to include in the Commission Budget for 2022-2023 fiscal year. Page 1 of 2 LGTBQ Commission Agenda September 15, 2021 ○ Prepare a Quarterly marketing plan to highlight our work and that of our LGBTQ community organizations. ● Set a yearly master calendar of all LGBTQ Events so all commissioners may allocate time in advance to support and represent the commission and community. ○ This will also prepare the Finance Committee to write a budget. ● Virtual Coffee w/ the Commissioner's - Outreach to our community groups to see what their needs are so we can include them in the next fiscal budget.
