County, Missouri, on approximately 25.37 acres generally located at the
southwest corner of the intersection of N. Woodland Avenue and N.E.
106th Street, creating 52 lots and 3 tracts for the purpose of a 52 lot
single family subdivision; accepting various easements; establishing
grades on public ways; authorizing the Director of City Planning and
Development to execute and/or accept certain agreements; and directing
the City Clerk to record this ordinance and attached documents.

$2,847,052.00 with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
Office of Minority Health to provide funding for Advancing Health Literacy
