220612 Amending Chapter 18, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Sections 18-10,
Unsafe structures and equipment, 18-20, Fees, and 18-21, Inspections,
and enacting in lieu thereof new sections of like number and subject
matter to update the City’s periodic building inspection protocols and
conduct a one-time inspection of the structural adequacy of each building
within the City greater than four stories in height as defined by the current
building code and built prior to 1950.

Section B, which required the developer to secure permits to extend
public sanitary and storm water conveyance systems to serve all
proposed lots within the development, because the developer no longer

The City Clerk's Office now has equipment for the hearing impaired for every meeting. To
check out the equipment, please see the secretary for each committee. Be prepared to leave
your Driver's License or State issued Identification Card with the secretary, and she / He will
give you the equipment. The City Clerk's Office will return your license upon returning the
equipment.
