230665 Andrew Clarke, City Planning and Development presented. This ordinance
approves a request for rezoning from District B3-3 to District B4-2 on about 5.26 acres
generally located at NW 112th Street and Interstate 29.
A motion was made that this Ordinance be Adv and Do Pass to the Council, due
back on 8/17/2023. The motion carried by the following vote:

Rezoning an area of about two acres generally located on the north side of
Highway 92, about one-half mile east of N Bethel Avenue from District AG-R to
M1-1. (CD-CPC-2023-00102).
230668 Justin Smith, City Planning and Development, presented. This
ordinance approves rezoning two parcels from AG-R to M1-1 to allow for a
construction office and accessory uses.
A motion was made that this Ordinance be Adv and Do Pass to the Council, due

for the purpose of 1 lot office and warehouse subdivision; accepting various
easements; authorizing the Director of City Planning and Development to execute
and/or accept certain agreements; and directing the City Clerk to record this

Improve Oversight of Funds

Development Committee issues.
