Grand Community Improvement District for a 20-year timeframe, unless
extended. Additionally, this ordinance would declare the District to be a

boundaries would remediate such blight.
The District is directed to submit proposed budgets, annual reports, and
copies of resolutions passed by the District board per State statute in
addition to entering into a cooperative agreement with the City. The City
Clerk is directed to report the creation of this district to the Missouri
Department of Economic Development and the State auditor.
