This ordinance authorizes the director of City Planning to execute a conditional waiver for a development agreement related to property located along N. Arlington Avenue, north of N.E. Parvin Road. This ordinance authorizes a professional services contract with Angelou Economics to develop a comprehensive economic development strategy to ensure intentional and equitable growth throughout the City.
