Sponsors: Patterson Hazley Blaine Procter, Housing Dept., presented. This resolution approves directing the City Manager’s office to explore the City’s practice around developing affordable housing. The Housing department is currently looking at a number of cities and how they are effectively addressing this issue. The Housing department will have a comprehensive report to present within 30 days.
