Randy Wisthoff, Zoo Executive Director will be attending Board Meeting. Attachment B 4. Resolution #31726 - Considering Board approval of Change Order #4 with Miles Excavating for the Maplewoods Park Project in the amount of $98,027.29 and to extend the final completion date to December 16, 2021. Attachment C 5. Resolution #31727 – Considering Board approval Change Order #3 with Pyramid Excavation for the Shoal Creek Golf Course Irrigation System project extending the substantial completion date to November 15, 2021. Attachment D 6. Resolution #31728 – Considering Board approval of Change Order #1 with PCC Sports for the Tiffany Hills Park – Athletic Field Improvements project in the amount of $146,293 and to Page 1 of 2 Parks and Recreation Board Agenda October 26, 2021 of Commissioners extend the contract completion date to December 5, 2021.
