Resolution #31973 – Considering Board approval of Change Order #1 with J M Fahey Construction, in the amount of $1,461,454.36, for a total contract amount of $7,801,514.56 and extend the contract time to June 29, 2024 for the Red Bridge Complete Street Project. Resolution #31974 – Considering Board approval of a Temporary License Agreement with Trademark Property Company for the use of Zona Rosa North Park to hold a Youth Sports Festival on August 6, 2022.
