Considering Board approval of the July 26, 2022, Board Meeting Minutes. Attachment A 2. Resolution #31999 – Considering Board approval for the Resolution to the City Council for an Ordinance calling for submission to the voters of Kansas City, at a special election to be held on a 2022 Ballot, a question to remove 11.858 acres of property located generally between N Amity Road to NW Prairie View Road and between NW 100th and NW 98th area, be removed from Park and Boulevard System of the City of Kansas City Missouri and new right of way be accepted in the same area. Attachment B 3. Resolution #32000 - Considering Board approval of the FY 2023/24 Capital Improvements Program for Parks and Recreation Priorities. Resolution #32008- Considering Board approval of a Facility Use Agreement without Concessions with Fatman Rowdy Enterprises, LLC for the use of Line Creek Community Center for the limited purpose of conducting adult hockey games, practices and tournaments at Line Creek Community Center, October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. Resolution #32009 – Considering Board approval of a Facility Use Agreement without Concessions with the Kansas City Youth Hockey Association for the use of Line Creek Community Center for the limited purpose of youth hockey practices, youth hockey camps or clinics, youth hockey games, Try Hockey for Free Day(s), and one (1) Board meeting per month, October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. Resolution #32010 - Considering Board approval of a Facility Use without Concession Agreement with Insomniacs Hockey Club, LLC for the use of Line Creek Community Center for the limited purpose of adult hockey games, practices and associated activities, September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023. Resolution # 32011- Considering Board approval of a Facility Use Agreement without Concession with Line Creek Figure Skating Club for the use of the Line Creek Community Center for the limited purpose of conducting youth and adult ice-skating lessons, clinics, camps, test sessions, practices and special events, October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.
