Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Division of State Parks to provide funding in the
amount of $150,000 for a Five-Year Strategic/Business Plan for the Bruce R. Watkins Cultural
Heritage Center and Museum and for prioritized repairs at the center.

Agreement with Missouri State Parks for the use of Bruce R. Watkins Cultural Heritage Center

4. Resolution #32034 - Considering Board approval of a Cooperative Agreement with the

Community Gardens Giving Grove in the amount of $52,000 to fund the planting and
maintenance of approximately 150 trees in various locations.

Heartland Tree Alliance in the amount of $300,000 for tree planting and maintenance services
for an estimated 490 trees.

Northern Knights for non-exclusive use of Hodge Park for the limited purpose of operating,
