Considering Board approval of the September 13, 2022 Board Meeting Minutes. Attachment A 2. Resolution #32032 - Considering Board approval of a Memorandum of Agreement with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Division of State Parks to provide funding in the amount of $150,000 for a Five-Year Strategic/Business Plan for the Bruce R. Watkins Cultural Heritage Center and Museum and for prioritized repairs at the center. Attachment B 3. Resolution #32033 – Considering Board approval of a Facility Use with Concession Agreement with Missouri State Parks for the use of Bruce R. Watkins Cultural Heritage Center and Museum for an exhibit recognizing the Iron Riders and to sponsor and exhibit opening on October 8, 2022. Attachment C 4. Resolution #32034 - Considering Board approval of a Cooperative Agreement with the Missouri Department of Conservation for the use of Hillcrest, Southeast, Brush Creek, Tony Page 1 of 3 Parks and Recreation Board Agenda September 26, 2022 of Commissioners Aguirre, Westport-Roanoke and Kansas City North Community Centers to provide outdoor and conservation-based programming at no charge, as part of Parks and Recreation After School Program, October 1, 2022 through June 20, 2023. Attachment D 5. Resolution #32035 - Considering Board approval of an Agreement with Kansas City Community Gardens Giving Grove in the amount of $52,000 to fund the planting and maintenance of approximately 150 trees in various locations. Attachment E 6. Resolution #32036 – Considering Board approval a Contract with Bridging the Gap – Heartland Tree Alliance in the amount of $300,000 for tree planting and maintenance services for an estimated 490 trees. Attachment F 7. Resolution #32037 - Considering Board approval of Change Order #2 with Amino Brothers Co., for the Paseo Gateway Intersection Project in the amount of $70,184.93, bringing the total contract amount of $9,282,266.68. Attachment G 8. Resolution #32038- Considering Board approval of the Agreement with Kansas City Northern Knights for non-exclusive use of Hodge Park for the limited purpose of operating, programming, and maintaining the remote model airplane field. Attachment H 9. Resolution #32039 – Considering Board approval of Amendment #7 with the Starlight Theatre Association in the amount of $400,000 for reimbursables expenses for the maintenance and upkeep at Starlight Theatre.
