Applicants and citizens wishing to participate have the option of attending each meeting or they may do so through the videoconference platform ZOOM, using this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85624825067 Any closed session may be held via teleconference 210503 Authorizing a $300,000.00 professional services contract with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, LLP, to review the implementation of the City’s Equal Employment Opportunity Discrimination/Harassment Policy within the Kansas City Fire Department and to provide other legal services; reducing appropriations in the Contingent Appropriation of the General Fund by $300,000.00; appropriating that amount from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the Outside Attorney Consulting account in the General Fund; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date. Comments received will be distributed to the Special Committee for Legal Review committee and added to the public record by the clerk .
