Fahey Construction Company for the N.W. 72nd Street Improvements Project for a final contract amount of $3,305,298.75. 210355 Estimating revenues in the amount of $52,667.00 in the Capital Improvements Fund; appropriating that amount to the Country Club Right-of-Way account; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date. 210356 Estimating revenue in the amount of $937,203.07 in the Street Maintenance Fund; appropriating that amount to Street Lighting Special Projects Maintenance account; and authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute the first one-year renewal option with Black and McDonald for streetlight and traffic signal repair and maintenance in the amount of $5,824,621.81.
