This ordinance authorizes an amendment number 7 that edits and updates the Fixed Base Operator Agreement with Executive Beechcraft at The Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport. The amendment adds a section to the operator agreement to change the leasehold of Executive Beechcraft by taking out 561 square feet due to a public improvement, new fence line. This change results in a loss of $140 per year. The Lease Amendment with Executive Beechcraft, Inc. deletes and adds a new section 1.1, deletes and adds a new Part III, Supplemental Terms and Conditions to All Airport Agreements, and adds a new section 1.1.E from the Fixed Base Operations and Lease Agreement. This ordinance authorizes a construction contract and amendment to a design professional services contract for the Birmingham Pump Station Screen Replacement projects, and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date. The request for the accelerated effective date on this proposed ordinance is to expedite execution of the construction project in order to meet the 90-day bid period. The Birmingham Pump Station is located at 11011 Birmingham Road, Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri. The bidder was chosen based on the lowest and best bid for the project.
