will authorize a one year cooperative agreement and expenditures with Bridging
the Gap, Inc for the Leak Stoppers Program. The Leak Stopper Program consists
of the Non-Profit coordination with KC Water to promote water conservation and fix
home water leaks in Kansas City's low-income, urban-core neighborhoods. An

Main Replacement in the Area of Southwest Boulevard to Main Street, W. 43rd Street to
Pershing Avenue project; and authorizing a maximum expenditure of $10,018,348.00.

Jeff Martin, Water Services, testified that this ordinance will authorize a
construction contract with SHEDIGS IT, LLC for the water main replacement in the
area of Southwest Boulevard to Main Street, West 43rd Street to Persing Avenue
project. This construction project will be performed to replace aging, break prone
cast iron pipe and polyvinyl chloride water mains with ductile iron pipe to improve
distribution system reliability, increase hydraulic conveyance capacity, and support

authorize a lease agreement between the City of Kansas City, Missouri, Aviation
Department and Children's Mercy Hospital at the New Terminal at Kansas City
International Airport. The lease is for an advertising display on 2 carousels in the
arrival area located at the new Terminal. In addition, there will be installed by
Children's Mercy 290 "planes" that will be hung from the arrivals hall ceiling. The
term of the lease is for five years and 2 months and may be renewed by the

the new Terminal for one year and 10 months per VMD contract with TSA with a

within the Airport. Labor will consist of fourteen full-time employees including 1
