Authorizing a Lease Agreement between the City of Kansas City, Missouri, Aviation
Department and G2 Secure Staff, LLC at the New Terminal at Kansas City International
Airport; and estimating revenue in the amount of $14,200.00 to the Aviation Fund.

Melissa Cooper and Pete Fullerton, Aviation presented. This ordinance
authorizes a Lease Agreement between the City of Kansas City, Aviation
Department and G2 Secure Staff, LLC at the New Terminal at Kansas City
International Airport; and estimating revenue in the amount of $14,200.00 to
the Aviation Fund. The lease is for 1,653 square feet located on the apron
level at the new Terminal. The term of the lease is for 5 years and 2 months.
The lease can be renewed by Director of Aviation for additional one-year
periods. The leasee will pay rent equal to $281,000/year. A copy of this

Authorizing the Director of Aviation to execute a Non-Signatory Airline Operating
Agreement at Kansas City International Airport, effective on the date airlines occupy the
newly constructed passenger terminal and ancillary facilities and terminating on April 30,
2028; authorizing the execution of like agreements with additional Non-Signatory Airlines;
and authorizing the execution of amendments to the agreements.

authorize the Director of Aviation to execute a Non-Signatory Airline
Operating Agreement at Kansas City International Airport, effective on the

Agreements with additional Non-Signatory Airlines; and Authorizing the

and authorizing a $15,271,223.36 contract with Vanderlande Industries Inc. for repair and
maintenance service of baggage systems in the single terminal facility at Kansas City
International Airport.

appropriates $3,466,803.34 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the
Aviation Fund; and authorizing a $15,440,444.00 contract with Vanderlande
Industries Inc. for repair and maintenance service of baggage systems in the
single terminal facility at Kansas City International Airport. Direct labor
costs pertain to the management, maintenance and support staff responsible
for the KCAD BHS Equipment. KCAD shall pay Contractor for the actual
hours worked by Contractor's personnel based on the Contractor’s actual cost
for wages, workers’ compensation, liability insurance, payroll taxes, Social
Security and employee fringe benefits imposed on the basis of payrolls. This
Contract shall begin upon substantial completion on or about January 15,
2023 and shall end no later than April 30, 2028. The maximum amount that
City shall pay Contractor under this Contract shall not exceed

and authorizing a $2,348,657.00 contract with SITA Information Network Computing USA
for operation and maintenance service of low-voltage IT systems in the single terminal
facility at Kansas City International Airport.

appropriates $489,303 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Aviation
Fund; and authorizing a $2,348,657 contract with SITA Information Network
Computing USA for operation and maintenance service of low-voltage IT
systems in the single terminal facility at Kansas City International Airport.
SITA will provide remote software / application support and all relevant
licensing for the several systems used throughout the airport. The contract
will begin upon substantial completion of the new terminal facility on or
around February 2, 2023 and shall end no later than February 1, 2028. A copy

Authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement Amendment with the Kansas City
Streetcar Authority (“KCSA”) and Herzog Transit Services, Inc. (“HTSI”) for streetcar
operations and maintenance services necessary to support funded streetcar expansion
efforts; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.

Manager to execute the Agreement Amendment with the Kansas City
Streetcar Authority and Herzog Transit Service for operations and
maintenance support of the expanded streetcar system through the existing
contract term, April 30th, 2026. Services will provide required operations and
maintenance support, start-up capacity, and staffing necessary to fulfill local,
state, and federal requirements related to the pending expansion projects
(Main Street Extension and Riverfront Extension). A copy of this

This ordinance estimates and appropriates 1,350,000 federal TAP grant and
awards Radmacher Brothers with a contract to build the Route 152 Trail
Segment 12 project from NW Anglia to Maplewoods Parkway. Ordinance
140182 directed the City Manager to apply for multiple federal grants through
MARC. The City received $1,350,000 for an extension of the Route 152 Trail
from NW Anglia Drive to Maplewoods Parkway. The project was
administered through MoDOT's LPA grant program and bid for construction.
The local match has been provided by Council Districts 1 and 2 PIAC funds.
The project has a federal DBE goal of 8% administered by MoDOT's Civil
Rights Division and the contractor has submitted a utilization plan of 8%.
Project expands City's non-motorized transportation system to reduce GHG

Commission (MHTC) the relinquishment of a section of N. Platte Purchase and ancillary
property interests to the City for the purpose of improving North Platte Purchase; and

with MHTC transferring ownership and maintenance of the same from MHTC to the City.
