SUB-2026-0002 Preliminary Plat "The Views at Hansen Park Phs. 1-4", a proposal to subdivide 59.19 acres into four phases of 160 lots and 19 tracts approximately located at 9154 W. Hildebrand Blvd., parcels #1-1288-100-0001-009, 1-0789-201-3596-004, 1-0789-201-3596-003, and 1-0789-200-0005-000. The Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation is Low Density Residential (LDR), the site is zoned Residential, Low Density (RL). Applicant is Jason Mattox, Apex Companies LLC(formerly known as PBS Engineering and Environmental), and the property owner is Matt Smith, Kennewick Acquisition Company III, 15 SW Colorado Ave Unit: #1 Bend, OR 97702. 4.
