Roll Call Present: 8 - Tracy Littlejohn, Robert Young, Eileen Kirsch, Todd Olson, Jennifer Trost, Patrick Wilson, Tim Alberts,Lisa Weston Excused: 1 - Sandy Cleary Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Kirsch, seconded by Littlejohn, that the be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Alberts, Olson,Littlejohn Absent: 1- Cleary Notices and Discussions Agenda Items: 26-0172 Request to approve the Central Conservation Inc. (DBA The Nature Place/Wisconsin Conservation Corps) to fundraise at Myrick Park on Friday, June 5 and Saturday, June 6, 2026; Contingent on the required approvals and issuance of permits from all other city and county agencies. A motion was made by Weston, seconded by Young, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Alberts, Olson,Littlejohn Absent: 1- Cleary 26-0175 Request to approve Maple Leaf Run/Walk fundraiser in Riverside Park on Saturday, September 26, 2026; contingent on the required approvals and issuance of all other city and county permits, including the Special Event Permit through the Clerk's Office. A motion was made by Young, seconded by Olson, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Alberts, Olson,Littlejohn Absent: 1- Cleary 26-0174 Request to approve the resolution authorizing support of City of La Crosse Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department application for grant funding through the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for a Recreational Trails Program (RTP). A motion was made by Kirsch, seconded by Olson, that the Request be APPROVED . No action taken. 26-0179 Request to approve the 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Projects for the Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department. A motion was made by Olson, seconded by Weston, that the Request be APPROVED .
