Roll Call Present: 8 - Robert Young, Sandy Cleary, Eileen Kirsch, Todd Olson, Jennifer Trost, Patrick Wilson, Tim Alberts,Lisa Weston Excused: 1 - Tracy Littlejohn Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Weston, seconded by Wilson, that the minutes be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Notices and Discussions Agenda Items: 26-0259 Request to approve Second Saturday Downtown Art Market in Civic Center Park; contingent on the required approvals and issuance of all other city and county permits, including the Special Event Permit through the Clerk's Office. A motion was made by Weston, seconded by Kirsch, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Cleary, Alberts,Olson Absent: 1- Littlejohn 26-0273 Request to approve EMS Week 5k Run/Walk Fundraiser in Riverside Park and trails on May 17, 2026; contingent on the required approvals and issuance of permits from all other city and county agencies. A motion was made by Olson, seconded by Weston, that the Request be APPROVED . A motion was made by Kirsch, seconded by Olson, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Cleary, Alberts,Olson Absent: 1- Littlejohn 26-0266 Request to approve ORA Trails Fest at Upper Hixon Trails and Pavillion, May 21-24, 2026, presented by Trek Bicycle Corp; contingent on the required approvals and issuance of all other city and county permits, including the Special Event Permit through the Clerk's Office. A motion was made by Young, seconded by Kirsch, that the Request be APPROVED . A motion was made by Olson, seconded by Wilson, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Cleary, Alberts,Olson Absent: 1- Littlejohn 26-0270 Request to approve alcohol at Black River Beach Neighborhood Center on August 1, 2026 for a family reunion. A motion was made by Kirsch, seconded by Olson, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Cleary, Alberts,Olson Absent: 1- Littlejohn 26-0271 Request to approve a Sunday Market, which will have the sale of goods, at Cameron Park from May through October, presented by Downtown Main Inc; contingent on the required approvals and issuance of all other city and county permits including those through the Clerk's Office. A motion was made by Kirsch, seconded by Olson, that the Request be APPROVED .
