Roll Call Present: 7 - Eileen Kirsch, Jennifer Trost, Lisa Weston, Patrick Wilson, Robert Young, Tim Alberts,Todd Olson Absent: 1 - Sandy Cleary Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Olson, seconded by Weston, that the be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Alberts,Olson Absent: 1- Cleary Notices and Discussions Agenda Items: 26-0377 AN ORDINANCE to repeal, recreate, create, and amend various sections of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse relating to electric bicycles, electric scooters, and other vehicle use. A motion was made by Weston, seconded by Kirsch that the ordinance be approved, the motion carried by voice vote. 26-0393 Request to approve fundraising for Bluffview basketball court lights. A motion was made by Kirsch, seconded by Young, that the Request be APPROVED . A motion was made by Olson, seconded by Kirsch, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Alberts,Olson Absent: 1- Cleary 26-0397 Presentation of Adopt-A-Site program completed by UW-L Intern, Ryan Fitzgerald. 26-0409 Request to approve lease between the United States of America Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration and the City of La Crosse. A motion was made by Olson, seconded by Kirsch, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Alberts,Olson Absent: 1- Cleary 26-0398 Request to approve beautification application for 1522 Green Bay St. A motion was made by Kirsch, seconded by Weston, that the Request be APPROVED . A motion was made by Olson, seconded by Kirsch, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Young, Alberts,Olson Absent: 1- Cleary Abstain: 1- Wilson 26-0403 Request to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of La Crosse Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department and Friends of the La Crosse River Marsh. A motion was made by Weston, seconded by Wilson, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Alberts,Olson Absent: 1- Cleary 26-0404 Request to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of La Crosse Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department and Outdoor Recreation Alliance of the 7 Rivers Region (ORA). A motion was made by Kirsch, seconded by Olson, that the Request be APPROVED .
