The motion carried unanimously. Agenda Items: 25-1165 Bidder's Proof of Responsibility. None. 26-0165 Request to approve S & S Cycle - La Crosse Plant Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit. A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Dickinson, to APPROVE.
