Present: 11 - Shaundel Washington-Spivey, Tamra Dickinson, Erin Goggin, Barb Janssen, Larry Sleznikow, Olivia Stine, Gary Padesky, Aron Newberry, Jennifer Trost, Lisa Weston, Rosanne Northwood Excused: 3 - Chris Kahlow, Mackenzie Mindel, Crystal Bedford Agenda Item: 26-0215 Resolution approving Agreement to Purchase Real Estate (300 Second Street South, La Crosse, WI). (Note: The Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update negotiation strategies and parameters. Following such closed session, the Council may reconvene in open session.) A motion was made by Padesky, seconded by Weston, to convene in CLOSED SESSION.
