Roll Call Present: 6 - Linda Lee, Vicki Markussen, Mary Rohrer, Tamra Dickinson, Erin Goggin,Shaundel Washington-Spivey Excused: 1 - Gina Miller Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Markussen, seconded by Lee, the that the minutes be approved. The motion carried on voice vote. Dickinson abstained from voting due to not being at the March meeting. Agenda Items: 26-0446 Presentation from Family Friendly Workplaces 26-0434 Recap of BLACK's ARPA Funded Project to Support Small Business Owners 26-0444 Introduction of TIF Applicant - Bridgeview Plaza, developer Eagle Bay Properties, LLC 26-0442 Consideration and possible action on a Preliminary Term Sheet for public assistance to RyKey Properties for the development of Lot 11 in River Point District into a multi-story building with approximately 60 general occupancy rental units. (Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update negotiation strategies and parameters. Following such closed session, the Committee and/or Council may reconvene in open session.) A motion was made by Lee, seconded by Dickinson to go into closed session, the motion carried by voice vote. A motion was made by Goggin, seconded by Markussen, that this item be approved .
