A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Kahlow, that the Resolution be
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 2/12/2026. The
motion carried by the following vote:

26-0004 Resolution amending Appendix C of the Municipal Code for the City of La
Crosse entitled "Fee Schedule" correcting errors and omissions.
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Janssen, that the Resolution be
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 2/12/2026. The
motion carried by the following vote:

26-0022 Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds to the Redevelopment Authority
of La Crosse for the Project Manager contract.
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 2/12/2026.
The motion carried by the following vote:

River Point District.
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 2/12/2026.

26-0036 Resolution reallocating American Rescue Plan Funds (ARPA) from the
Marsh Lead Contamination Allocation to Carroll Park Improvements, CIP

RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 2/12/2026. The
