Unanimous consent to open public hearing. The following spoke: Jerry Swim. Unanimous consent to close public hearing. A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution be Referred to the regular Common Council meeting on 4/9/2026 with NO RECOMMENDATION.
