A motion was made by Stine, seconded by Dickinson, that the Plat/Certified Survey Map be RECOMMENDED TO BE RE-REFERRED for 30 Days to the Common Council on 4/9/2026. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5- Bedford, Padesky, Trost, Stine,Dickinson Excused: 2- Weston,Mindel 25-0994 Resolution approving the Arts Board to be renamed as the Arts and Culture Board. A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Padesky, that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 4/9/2026. A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Stine, that the Application be RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SAME (subject to compliance) to the Common Council on 4/9/2026. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5- Bedford, Padesky, Trost, Stine,Dickinson Excused: 2- Weston,Mindel 26-0164 Various license applications pursuant to Chapters 4, 6, and/or 10 of the La Crosse Municipal Code for the license period 2025-2026 (April). A motion was made by Bedford, seconded by Dickinson, that the Application be RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SAME (subject to compliance) to the Common Council on 4/9/2026.
