Meeting was called to order by Chief Deputy City Clerk at 10:02 a.m.
Members Present:
Brian Jackson, Chief Deputy City Clerk
Jennifer Czeiszperger, City Assessor
Others Present:
Robin Stites, Office of the City Clerk
Approval of Agenda:
Moved by City Assesor Czeiszperger to approve the agenda.
Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes:
Moved by City Assesor Czeiszperger to approve the minutes of the Election Commission
Meeting of April 30, 2024.
Motion carried.
Public Comment:
There was no public comment.
New Business:
a. Moved by City Assesor Czeiszperger to approve the establishment of an absent voter
counting board and authorization to process and tabulate absent voter ballots between the
hours of 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. on an any 8 days before election day, August 6, 2024.
Motion Carried.
b. Moved by City Assesor Czeiszperger to approve the assignment of election inspectors for
the August 6, 2024 election and authorization for the City Clerk to make future adjustments
as necessary.
Motion Carried.
