Report by Cultural Affairs staff regarding a monthly summary of current initiatives – All Wards 7. Report by Michele Quinn, Fine Art Consultant, regarding the Civic Center Plaza Second Sculpture Project proposals – Ward 3 8. Discussion for possible action regarding the appointment of Carmen Beals to replace Jennifer Kleven on the Arts Commission – All Wards 9. Discussion for possible action regarding the election of officers – All Wards 10. Discussion regarding topics for future agenda items.
