23. Discussion for possible action regarding the method which shall be used to fill the Ward 2 vacancy from the
following options: 1. to direct staff to place an item on the September 17, 2025 agenda listing the names of
potential appointees, which shall be gathered in the method prescribed by the City Council, from which the
Council will select and make an appointment as allowed for in City Charter Section 1.160, or 2. to declare by
resolution a special election be held to fill the vacancy as allowed for in NRS Chapter 268.325

District No. 819 (Summerlin Village 30A); assessing the cost of local improvements against the assessable

27. Bill No. 2025-33 - For possible action - Ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale by the City of its Special
Improvement District No. 819 (Summerlin Village 30A) Local Improvement Bonds, Series 2025, approving the
form of certain documents with respect to such bonds, ratifying action taken by City officers toward the
issuance of such bonds; and providing other matters related thereto. Proposed by: Gayle Lloyd-Leakos,

28. Bill No. 2025-34 - Amends LVMC 9.16.030 to adjust the hours during which construction noise is deemed to be
