For possible action to approve the Final Minutes by reference of the Regular Meeting of November 15, 2021 5. 21-0703-CLC1 - ABEYANCE ITEM - Report by members of the Nevada Preservation Foundation Board of Directors regarding pending grant projects with the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial 6. 22-0025-CLC1 - Report by Brian Lovelin, Financial Analyst with the City of Las Vegas Finance Department, regarding the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial budget for Fiscal Year 2022 7. 21-0829-CLC1 - Report by Michele Evans, Director of Sales, Catering & CORE Arena with the Plaza Hotel and Casino, regarding the 2021 Las Vegas Days Rodeo that was held November 12 and 13, 2021 at the Core Arena, located at 324 S. Main Street - Ward 3 (Diaz) 8. 21-0831-CLC1 - Report by staff from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, University Libraries Oral History Research Center regarding the 2018 Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial grant funded project titled, “Latinx Voices of Southern Nevada” 9. 21-0832-CLC1 - Report by Brad Jerbic regarding a status update on the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial grant funded project titled, “Project Enchilada” 10. 21-0833-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a modification request concerning Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial Grant Number CLC-78512, a grant to the Ward 5 Chamber of Commerce for restoration and rehabilitation work on the Harrison Boarding House, 1001 F Street - Ward 5 (Crear), to extend the grant deadline from “September 15, 2020” to “February 28, 2022,” and authorize the President to execute the Grant Modification in the form presented and as approved by the City Attorney Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial January 24, 2022 - Page 1 11. 21-0834-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of the grant of $75,000 to the City of Las Vegas, acting by and through the Historic Preservation Commission, for the costs associated with supporting a variety of historic preservation initiatives, approving the form of the Grant Agreement, and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Agreement as approved by the City Attorney 12. 21-0835-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a request by Staff for funding up to $11,000 to host the premiere of the documentary film, “The City of Las Vegas: The 1940s” at the Springs Preserve, located at 333 S. Valley View Boulevard - Ward 1 (Knudsen) 13. 21-0836-CLC1 - Report by Diane Siebrandt, Executive Director of the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial, regarding completed and current projects and announcements relative to the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial 14. 21-0837-CLC1 - Discussion regarding topics for future agenda items. Comments made during this portion of the agenda by individual members shall refer solely to proposals for future agenda items and any discussion shall be limited to whether or not such proposed items are within the purview of the Commission and/or whether such proposed items shall be placed on a future agenda. No discussion regarding the substance of any such proposed topic shall occur and no action shall be taken. 15.
