Report by City of Las Vegas Finance Department staff regarding the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial budget for Fiscal Year 2025 6. 24-0474-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action to approve a Request for Proposal process that will solicit bids from qualified production companies to produce all future documentary films 7. 24-0321-CLC1 - ABEYANCE ITEM - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a grant request for $294,250 by Slicktion Culture Productions for the costs associated with the production of a historical documentary film highlighting the history of famous African-American architect Paul Revere Williams and his work and achievements in Las Vegas, and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Agreement as approved by the City Attorney - All Wards 8. 24-0325-CLC1 - ABEYANCE ITEM - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a grant request for $558,983.60 by The Neon Museum for the costs associated with the creation, implementation and running of the mobile learning initiative Neon History on Wheels for three years, and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Agreement as approved by the City Attorney - All Wards 9. 24-0475-CLC1 - Final report by staff from The Neon Museum, located at 770 Las Vegas Boulevard North, regarding the completion of the interior repairs and upgrades of the La Concha Motel Lobby, funded by the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial - Ward 5 (Crear) 10. 24-0476-CLC1 - Final report by staff from The Mob Museum, located at 300 Stewart Avenue, regarding the completion of The Mob Museum Documentary, funded by the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial - Ward 5 (Crear) 11. 24-0435-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a grant request for $32,559.42 by Old Time Reunion for the costs associated with the 2024 Old Time Reunion event that documents the cultural and historical heritage of the city of Las Vegas, and authorizing the President to execute the Grant Agreement as approved by the City Attorney - All Wards Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial September 23, 2024 - Page 1 12. 24-0477-CLC1 - Report by the Community Development Department regarding the City of Las Vegas website 13. 24-0478-CLC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of funding in the amount of $75,000 to hire a consultant to complete website updates - All Wards 14. Report by the Executive Director of the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial regarding completed projects and announcements relative to the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial 15. Discussion regarding topics for future agenda items. Comments made during this portion of the agenda by individual members shall refer solely to proposals for future agenda items and any discussion shall be limited to whether or not such proposed items are within the purview of the Commission and/or whether such proposed items shall be placed on a future agenda. No discussion regarding the substance of any such proposed topic shall occur and no action shall be taken. 16.
