Discussion for possible action regarding the Department of Neighborhood Services recommended allocation of funding for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) for: Access to Healthcare Network: Access to Healthcare; Aid for AIDS of Nevada (AFAN): AFAN Housing Services; Women's Development Center: HOPWA Program; and CPLC (Chicanos Por La Causa): LUCES Program 9.
