For possible action to approve the Final Minutes by reference of the Special Meeting of June 25, 2024 6. 24-0376-HPC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness application for the restoration of two windows at the historically listed Christensen House, located at 500 West Van Buren Avenue - Ward 5 (Crear) 7. 24-0332-HPC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of a grant in the amount of $1,261 to Las Vegas Catholic Worker for the restoration of two windows on the historically listed Christensen House, located at 500 West Van Buren Avenue, and authorizing the Chairman to execute the Grant Agreement as approved by the City Attorney - Ward 5 (Crear) 8. 24-0377-HPC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of the first draft of the Intensive Level Historic Resources Survey of the Cliff May Homes, roughly bounded by Evergreen Avenue, Heron Avenue, Easy Street, Upland Boulevard and Idle Avenue - Ward 1 (Knudsen) 9. 24-0378-HPC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of funding in the amount of $17,915 to hire Kautz Environmental Consultants, Inc. to complete an in-depth historical report of Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs, located at 9200 Tule Springs Road - Ward 6 (Brune) 10. Report by the Community Development Department regarding Director’s updates 11.
