renew the Commission’s membership with the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Preservation Leadership

8. 24-0441-HPC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding approval of funding in the amount of $150 to renew
the Commission’s membership with the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions
9. 24-0442-HPC1 - Report by the Community Development Department regarding the National Alliance of
Preservation Commissions (NAPC) FORUM 2024 held in West Palm Beach, Florida
10. 24-0443-HPC1 - Discussion for possible action regarding the creation of a subcommittee to review and
evaluate nominations for the annual Excellence in Historic Preservation Awards program
11. 24-0444-HPC1 - Report by the City Attorney’s Office regarding the Huntridge Theatre Settlement Agreement
and Mutual Release and Historic Preservation Commission responsibilities

16. Discussion regarding topics for future agenda items. Comments made during this portion of the agenda by
individual members shall refer solely to proposals for future agenda items and any discussion shall be limited to
whether or not such proposed item are within the purview of the Commission and/or whether such proposed
items shall be placed on a future agenda. No discussion regarding the substance of any such proposed topic
shall occur and no action shall be taken.
17. Citizens Participation: Public comment during this portion of the agenda must be limited to matters within the
jurisdiction of the Commission. No subject may be acted upon by the Commission unless that subject is on the
agenda and is scheduled for action. If you wish to be heard, come forward and give your name for the record.
