Discussion for possible action to restrict parking on Racel Street between Cimarron Road and Ninth Island Court – Ward 6 (Brune) 8. Discussion for possible action to change the speed limit on Wyoming Avenue between Industrial Avenue and Main Street from 35 MPH to 25 MPH – Ward 3 (Diaz) 9.
