IV. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. Consider discussion with Misty Tilghman and Marsha Pendley about a stolen grave marker from their
mother’s/sister’s lot and take appropriate action as needed.
i. Certified letter mailed from COL Clerks office on January 18th, 2023. Clerks’ office was returned
to Parks & Recreation as non-deliverable.

V. BUSINESS:
A. Consider approving minutes from the Regular Meeting held on February 7, 2024.
Attachment: Drafted minutes from the Regular Meeting held on February 7, 2024.
B. Receive report on the semi-annual audit of the Highland cemetery perpetual care fund.
Attachment: July 1st – December 31, 2023 reports from Stephen Newcombe, Trustee.
C. Receive report on the installation of columbarium.
Attachment: 12 colored photos
D. Consider discussing security and lighting improvements on Cemetery grounds.
E. Consider discussion on Cemetery office and Chapel restoration.
Attachment: Owen’s Construction ($83,332.61), Color Splash ($57,450.25), and (awaiting third quote)
for repairs to both office & chapel.
F. Consider discussion on Cemetery fence repair.
Attachment: Quotes from Best Built Construction ($56,576.00), L&A Services ($40,446.40), Salt &
Pepper Fence ($38,500).
VI. ADJOURN
