C. Motion to approve the purchase of five Zoll Autopulse NXT's from Zoll Medical

D. Motion to approve the purchase of a 2027 Ford Bronco for the Liberty Fire

E. Motion to approve the purchase of emergency lighting and related equipment
from 911 Customs for the outfitting of a 2027 Ford Bronco for the Liberty Fire
Department in an amount not to exceed $4,916.00

the Liberty Fire Department in an amount not to exceed $14,870.00

Construction for the Police Expansion Project No. 25-014 by increasing the
current contract amount by $300,000.00 from $20,525,270.00 to
$20,825,270.00
C. Ordinance approving an agreement with Holthouse Construction L.L.C. for the
412 Belmont storm sewer improvement project (25-028) in an amount of
$187,000.00 with funding authorization up to and not to exceed $205,700.00
