Lodi Area EMS Commission - Monthly Meeting Agenda July 15, 2026 – 6:00 PM Lodi Area EMS Station - 715 N. Main Street, Lodi, WI 1. Call to Order - Confirm meeting notice was duly posted – and Roll Call: Eberle, Flanagan, Ingalls, Kessler, Stone, Ungrodt, & Interim Chief Amie Brown 2. Approval of the Agenda 3. Public Input a. Individuals making public comment(s) shall be limited to two minutes. b. The public input period shall be no longer than 10 minutes total, unless an extension is otherwise announced at the beginning of the meeting. c. Public input is limited to items not on the agenda. d. It is the responsibility of Commission members to listen but not provide comment. e. The Commission will take no action on the comment(s) at the meeting. f. Personnel issues may not be discussed nor individual employees named. g. In-person attendees may speak during this public input by signing in prior to the beginning of the meeting. h. Once the public input period is closed, no further input will be allowed from the public. 4. Approval of Minutes from the Monthly Meeting held June 24, 2026 – Secretary - Nick Eberle 5. Treasurer’s Report – Brendan Flanagan & Amie Brown 6. Closed Session - The Commission may convene into closed session for discussion and action involving the following matters: 1. Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; and (f) Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations; for purpose of compensation of an employee and possible hiring of a full-time employee. 7.
