A. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
The Tuesday, October 29, 2013, special meeting of the Lombard
Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 7:25 a.m. in the
Lombard Village Hall Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue,
Lombard, Illinois. Chairman William Dunne led the Pledge of
Allegiance.

It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice
Chairman Thomas Rachubinski, to recess to Executive Session at
7:27 a.m.
N. Reconvene
The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police
Commissioners reconvened at 7:47 a.m.

Police Administrative Coordinator Barbara Bartolotte
It was moved by Secretary Kenneth Florey, seconded by Vice
Chairman Thomas Rachubinski, to approve the conditional offer of
employment for police entry-level candidate, Andrew Stern.
It was moved by Secretary Kenneth Florey, seconded by Vice
Chairman Thomas Rachubinski, to decline employment for police
entry-level candidate, Timothy Cederberg.
O. Adjournment
It was moved by Chairman William Dunne, seconded by Vice
Chairman Thomas Rachubinski, to adjourn the special meeting of the
Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners at 7:58 a.m.
