Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance The Friday, April 3, 2015 special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened at 7:10 a.m. in the Lombard Village Hall Board Room, 255 East Wilson Avenue, Lombard, Illinois. B. Roll Call of Members Present: Chairman, William Dunne Secretary, Kenneth Florey Guests: Fire Chief, Paul DiRienzo Fire Administrative Coordinator, Pammela Cooper Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte C. Approval of Minutes D. Public Participation E. Payment of Bills F. Chairperson's Report G. Vice Chairperson's Report H. Secretary's Report I. Correspondence J. Unfinished Business Fire Chief Paul DiRienzo handed to the Board the preliminary Battalion Chief Eligibility List. The preliminary list will be posted for 15 days to give the candidates a chance to claim military points. After that time the final list will be posted April 24, 2015. K. Executive Session It was moved by Chairman, William Dunne, Seconded by Secretary Kenneth Florey to break to Executive Session at 7:15 a.m. Motion carried. N. Reconvene The special meeting of the Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened at 7:16 a.m. Present: Chairman, William Dunne Secretary, Kenneth Florey Guests: Fire Chief, Paul DiRienzo Fire Administrative Coordinator, Pammela Cooper Police Administrative Coordinator, Barbara Bartolotte It was moved by Secretary Kenneth Florey, seconded by Chairman William Dunne to extend a final offer of employment to firefighter/paramedic candidate Eric Ramseth. Motion carried. O.
